Let Us Be Your Guide

The Professional Leadership and Development Center (PLDC) is a certification and professional development hub built by people who have walked the walk. A division of Di Nola Consulting LLC, PLDC is led by James Di Nola, a disabled Veteran and retired Soldier, and Dr. Gina Di Nola, a Military Spouse, retired federal civil servant, and PMI Authorized Training Provider recognized as one of only ten PMI Military Champions nationwide. The name itself is a nod to the Army's Primary Leadership Development Course, and that heritage shapes how we train: practical instruction, high standards, and respect for every learner's time.

What sets PLDC apart is the blend of military insight, federal experience, and industry-recognized credentials under one roof, whether you're chasing a PMP, preparing for the AFC exam, or stepping into the language of military life for the first time. Like a good mentor, we meet you where you are and walk with you to where you need to go.

Meet the Founders

Veteran and a Military Spouse. Two careers, one mission.

James Di Nola, Board Director
James is a disabled Veteran and retired Soldier whose career in uniform shaped a lifelong commitment to leadership, service, and mentorship. After years of leading teams in some of the military's most demanding environments, he brings that same steady hand to Di Nola Consulting as CEO. He sets the strategic direction for PLDC and makes sure every program reflects the values he lived by in the Army: integrity, discipline, and taking care of people.

Dr. Gina Di Nola, Chief Training Officer
Gina is a Military Spouse, retired federal civil servant, and lifelong educator who has spent decades helping people grow into their next chapter. As Chief Training Officer, she designs and delivers the curriculum behind PLDC's certification programs. She is a PMI Authorized Training Provider, one of only ten PMI Military Champions nationwide, and holds the PMP, CAPM, and AFC credentials. Her philosophy is simple: meet the learner where they are, then build the bridge to where they want to go.

Together, James and Gina built PLDC to serve the communities they know best -
Service Members, Veterans, Military Families, and the professionals who walk beside them.

Our Advisory Team is made up of six Military Spouses from across the branches and walks of military life, each bringing deep expertise in education, military affairs, finance, and professional development. They have lived the moves, the deployments, and the pivots our learners know well, and their lived experience keeps our programs rigorous, relevant, and grounded in the realities our learners face every day.
