Our Instructor
Dr. Gina Di Nola is Chief Training Officer and co-founder of Di Nola Consulting LLC, the parent company of the Professional Leadership and Development Center. She wears a lot of hats: Military Spouse, retired federal civil servant, lifelong educator, and credentialed professional who has spent decades turning real-world experience into learning that sticks.
Her credentials speak for themselves. Dr. Di Nola holds the PMP, CAPM, and AFC designations, serves as a PMI Authorized Training Provider, and is one of only ten PMI Military Champions in the nation, a role dedicated to expanding project management opportunities for Service Members, Veterans, and Military Families.
Her teaching philosophy is simple. Show up, keep it real, and leave no student behind. Whether she's coaching you through a tough exam question, walking you toward your AFC certification, or introducing you to the rhythms of military life, Dr. Di Nola pairs academic rigor with straight talk from someone who has lived every chapter of the story. She doesn't just teach the material, she's walked the walk.
